Commissary is available for the purchase of candy, coffee, instant drinks, snacks, hygiene items, phone cards, etc.  Commissary is scheduled to be ordered and received one time per week.

Inmates can only order commissary if there is money present in their commissary account.  You can have money deposited to an inmate's account by sending (via regular mail) a money order or cashier's check.

The following is an incomplete, sample list of commissary items available to inmates:

All inmates receive an initial hygiene kit when booked in.  Inmates who are indigent (without money or unable to obtain money while in custody) will be issued replacement hygiene items as necessary.  Indigent inmates will also receive two stamped envelopes and stationary each week; as well as one pencil as needed.  Indigent inmates are required to complete an indigent form with the Indigent Officer.
