Mail
There shall be no limitation on the amount of incoming or outgoing mail for
inmates. The mailing address for inmates at the Morrow County
Correctional Facility is as follows:

Incoming mail for inmates will be opened and inspected before the inmate
gets the mail. All unauthorized items will be removed. Money will
be placed in the inmate's commissary account and a receipt given to the
inmate. Other items not considered contraband, yet not allowed in with
the inmate, will be placed in the inmate's property. All contraband will
be confiscated and possible criminal charges/discipline will follow.
Shoes, clothes and money must be mailed in. Money must be in the form
of a money order or cashier's check.
The Morrow County Correctional Facility will not accept any form
of tobacco products in the mail or otherwise.
Phone Calls
Each housing unit has telephones which may be used for unlimited collect
calling. All telephone calls are collect calls unless the inmate has
purchased a calling card (see link to commissary).
There are no time limitations on telephone calls unless problems are caused
by the inmates refusing other inmates access to the phone system.
