The Morrow County Sheriff's Office in conjunction with Morrow County Child Support Enforcement Agency created a position at the Sheriff's Office for the sole purpose of apprehending parents not paying child support.  Individual needing assistance with or having information about Child Support Offenders can contact the CSEA office at 419-947-9111 or you can contact our CSEA Deputy by filling in the request form below.  You may also contact Cindy Libster directly at the CSEA office via email at libstc@odjfs.state.oh.us
